Kenneth A. Goldman, M.D.
Dr. Kenneth A. Goldman was born and raised in New York and attended Cornell University, graduating with distinction in l984. He attended New York University Medical School in New York City, receiving his medical degree in l988. He remained at New York University-Bellevue Hospital Center for his internship and residency in General Surgery. This was followed by a Fellowship in Va DrGoldman scular Surgery also at NYU Medical Center. During this time he served as Clinical Instructor in Surgery at NYU Hospital and Assistant Attending Surgeon for General and Trauma Surgery at Bellevue Hospital. Upon completion of his sub specialty training in vascular surgery, Dr. Goldman joined Princeton Surgical Associates in l994.

Dr. Goldman is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is board certified in General Surgery, the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Goldman was the first surgeon at The Medical Center at Princeton to be awarded the certificate of Added Qualifications in General Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He is certified as a Registered Vascular Technologist and is Medical Director of the Princeton Surgical Associates Noninvasive Vascular Laboratories. Dr. Goldman is a member of the Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society and the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery.

Dr. Goldman has a particular interest in carotid and aortic disease and has been involved in clinical research examining carotid artery endarterectomy. He is the principle investigator in an NIH supported study examining carotid disease. A great deal of his practice involves treating venous disease, especially minimally invasive varicose vein surgery. Dr. Goldman has one of the largest experiences in the VNUS Closure or Venefit procedure in the region. Dr. Goldman is an Assistant Professor in Surgery at the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and is Assistant Site Director for Surgical Training. He has been named Top Doctor in Vascular Surgery by Castle Connolly for many years. Dr. Goldman has also been named Top Doctor in Vascular Surgery by New Jersey Monthly magazine and US News and World Report.
